Orders cannot be left unattended, delivered to minors, or placed in mailboxes.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If no eligible adult is available to sign for the package:

• The carrier may attempt redelivery
• The package may be held at a local carrier facility where age verification is required for pickup
• If returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply

Restricted Shipping Locations

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any state, city, or jurisdiction where tobacco shipments are prohibited or restricted by law.

Fraud Prevention

The Cigar Bank reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, false age representation, or violation of tobacco laws.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:
